About

I live and work from a small studio in rural Angus, Scotland.

After a lifelong hobby of pottery, and further study at Gray’s School of Art in Aberdeen, I launched my own studio in early 2020.

The natural beauty of Angus and its open views have influenced my ceramics and helped created a calm studio practice that is embedded in nature.  Working mainly in stoneware, I design and make wheel thrown pieces, where form is as important as the glaze, and the quiet style of each piece can show through.

Using muted tones and calm whites, my designs are minimal, restrained and made for everyday life.
