Shipping
I aim to process and dispatch orders within 5 business days. All parcels are posted with a tracked courier service. Postage costs depends on the dimensions and total weight of the parcel. Postage for each order is calculated at checkout.
Recyclable / compostable packaging
My cardboard boxes, packing tapes, tissue paper, honeycomb paper, business cards, postcards and stickers are all made from recycled material, and are fully recyclable.
The packing peanuts I used are made from starch, and are fully compostable as they dissolve in water.
Refunds
Returning an item:
I want customers to be happy with their purchase – if you’re not, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns will not be considered after this date.

Before returning an item, please email me first so I know to expect it. Return postage is your responsibility and the original cost of postage will not be reimbursed. Please keep proof of postage and please package the item(s) securely. I will process any refund for the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s).
Damaged item:
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please let me know by email within 2 days of receiving it (matthewcoxceramics@gmail.com). Sometimes an item can be replaced if I have stock, remade (depending on timescales), or refunded. In the case of a refund you will also be reimbursed the original cost of postage. I will process any refund within 30 days of receiving notification that you would like to be refunded for the item.
I do not issue refunds or process returns for any damage occurred in any other way, except damaged caused in transit to you from the studio.
